集对分析在“9+3”藏区护理实习生综合成绩评估中的应用

对临床护理实习生综合素质进行评估,为改进临床护理带教水平提供有益的参考。建立护理综合素质评估指标体系,然后运用集对分析方法进行综合评价。用该方法对5名来自藏区的护理实习生的综合素质进行了排序。集对分析法避免了学生综合评估中的不确定因素的影响,能够真实、客观地反映学生护理实习的综合水平,在工作中可以利用它为医院的带教管理决策提供服务。

To evaluate comprehensive quality of clinical nursing interns, and provide a useful reference for improving the teaching level of clinical nursing care. The index system of comprehensive nursing quality evaluation is established, and evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation of analytical methods.Using this method, the comprehensive quality of 5 nursing interns from the Tibetan areas were sorted. Set pair analysis method can avoid the influence of uncertainty factors in the comprehensive assessment of students, and truly and objectively reflect the level of students in nursing practice. In work, It can be used for teaching management decision with hospital services.
