转型期农村社会组织开放系统研究新解释--以“结构-功能”理论为框架

A New Interpretation of the Open System Transition of Rural Social Organization ——“Structural Functionalism” Theory as a Framework

开放系统视野下的农村社会组织作为具有一定合意性结构和功能有机组合的整体,在有效解释自身延续和发展内在动力和机理的同时,也提供了转型期农村社会组织宏观和微观视野相通约的分析路径。通过将结构功能主义理论及相应组织理论引入转型农村社会组织研究,以"制度"话语框架的演化路径为时间纵轴和场域"行动者"网络系统意义建构逻辑为空间横轴,尝试建构起"转型农村社会组织结构变迁与功能转型"的立体分析框架。在整体把握转型农村社会组织发展演化基本规律同时,深入探析农村社会组织本体的"规范结构"和"行为结构"形成的逻辑和模式,以实现重构转型期农村良性社会管理秩序及和谐的生活共同体环境目的。

Structural functionalism is a classic research perspective and analysis paradigm in sociology,with great reference value.The structural functionalism theory regards the objective system as an organic configuration of structure and function.This offers both a Macro-and micro-framework for the analysis of social system.And the open systems perspective with its instrumental presupposition of organizational analysis offers an increasingly clearer description of the nature of structural functionalism.For the rural social organization in the context of social system,structural functionalism will be very useful in the analysis of the structure and function of the organizations.With the uniqueness of the rural problems in China,we should build feasible research framework on the basis of selective absorption of the structure structural functionalism and integration of conceptual logic in accordance with objective reality.
