摘要
媒介产业化是改革开放以来我国新闻事业改革的重要内容,新疆生产建设兵团传媒的产业化进程也是在这一大背景下展开的。新时期以来,兵团新闻事业改革发展的历程与其产业化的探索与实践密不可分,产业化也推动着兵团传媒从新闻观念、新闻业务到新闻管理、媒介经营,由浅入深、由局部到整体的改革。兵团传媒产业化的发展方向应该在立足区域市场培育、加强媒体合作的基础上,不断增强自身的市场竞争力。
Media industrialization has become an important content of China's journalism reform since China's reform and opening to the outside world, in the background of which the media industrialization in the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC)is launched. In the new period,the course of reform and development closely relates to the industrialization of journalism in XPCC.In the meantime, industrialization also impels the reform of media from the news concept, the news business to news management, and the media management from the surface to the depth, from local to the overall reform. The development direction of the media industrialization should be based on the cultivation of the regional market and strengthening media cooperation so as to enhance their market competitiveness.
