腹腔镜疝修补术治疗复发性腹股沟疝29例体会 被引量：13

摘要 复发性腹股沟疝是疝修补中的难点,因其初次前入路手术后腹股沟区解剖被破坏,再次前入路手术难度增加,容易造成精索损伤、阴囊血肿疼痛等并发症,引起再次复发.合肥市第一人民医院综合微创外科2011年6月至2013年2月来对29例复发疝患者行腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术（laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair,LIHR）,手术效果满意,现报道如下.
