人性化护理模式在老年呼吸衰竭病人护理中的应用 被引量：21

摘要 [目的]探讨对老年呼吸衰竭病人开展人性化护理的临床应用价值。[方法]选择2012年8月—2013年7月我院收治的呼吸衰竭老年病人180例,随机分为对照组与干预组各90例。对照组病人给予常规护理干预措施,干预组病人在常规护理的基础上增加人性化护理模式。观察两组病人的临床情况与护理满意度。[结果]护理前两组健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后两组PHQ-9评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组住院天数、护理总满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]对老年呼吸衰竭病人开展人性化护理模式,能够提高临床治疗的效果与护理满意度。
