摘要
研究大型船舶驾驶室人机工程设计评价方法对于减少驾驶室的人因失误、提高作业效率并保障航行安全有重要意义。采用层次分析法构建驾驶室人机工程设计评价指标体系及指标权重关系;建立基于中心点高斯分布白化权的综合价值聚类评价模型,以集结人机关系评价信息综合价值灰类;应用仿真技术构造驾驶室数字化人机工程设计主、客观综合评价系统,以高效、直观地实施人机工程综合评价。最后,通过驾驶室人机工程设计评价实例验证了该方法的可用性及有效性。
The research of the wheelhouse ergonomic design for large ships is of great significance in the reduction of wheelhouse human error and the safety of ship navigation. In this paper,the evaluation index system and weight relations are constructed through an analytic hierarchy process. The gray clustering eval-uation method based on Gauss distribution whitening weights is proposed to obtain accurate quantification and statistical evaluation information. The simulation technology is then adopted to develop a wheelhouse ergonomic integrated evaluation software,which conducts the comprehensive evaluation efficiently and in-tuitively. Finally, a digital integrated evaluation system is established to evaluate the man-machine inter-face design for the wheelhouse, which proves the validity of the proposed evaluation method.
