摘要
目前的方案优选多属定性分析和经验决策,存在较大的主观随意性。为提高方案优选的准确性,首先从使用者角度出发,以使用者更为关心的蒸汽预热供汽系统完成特定任务的总体能力为核心,兼顾费用和风险对备选方案优选的约束作用,提出以"系统效能―费用―风险"为准则层的蒸汽预热供汽方案评估指标体系,然后按照系统综合评估的一般步骤,对评估指标进行量化与标准化处理,确定评估指标的权重,并完成评估指标的集成,最终得到5种蒸汽预热供汽备选方案的排序结果。评估结果表明,中压电极锅炉方案为最优方案。构建的评估指标体系、采用的评估方法以及备选方案的排序结果,可以为蒸汽预热供汽方案的论证与决策提供必要的理论依据。
At present, the optimization process is most based on qualitative analysis and empirical deci-sion-making, which is arbitrary and subjective. In order to improve the accuracy of the program selection process, this paper tests the ability of steam warm-up system to complete certain special tasks,which serves as a key factor from the user's point of view. Meanwhile,the restraint function of cost and risk on program selection is also taken into account,and the index system which determines the system effective-ness,cost,and risk is established. Next,according to the usual steps of comprehensive evaluation, all in-dexes of the proposed index system are quantized and normalized respectively, and the index weights are al-so identified. Finally,the indexes are integrated to obtain the sequenced result of five programs of the steam warm-up system,where the optimum is easily determined. In brief, the established index system, the adopted evaluating methods,and the final evaluation result given in this paper serve to be the essential foundation for the program demonstration and decision-making process of steam warm-up systems.
