摘要 慢性腰痛是临床常见症状,对腰痛患者的准确诊断于临床来说是一种挑战,许多原因可以导致腰痛的发生,其发病机理并不明确,临床上只有约20%的腰痛患者可有明确的病理或解剖学上的改变,还有80%通常被归为＂非特异性腰痛＂,这种命名缺乏准确的诊断和治疗,对患者和临床来说都是不确切的。腰痛的发生多和脊柱退变性疾病相关,但是2001年Stirling等通过研究发现,
