摘要
选择符合标准的36例门诊顽固性呃逆患者,采用旋覆代赭汤合四逆散加减治疗,以药后1～5天内呃逆停止发作,作为疗效判定标准,结果治愈21例,显效8例,有效5例,无效2例,总有效率为94.45%.
Thirty-six qualified cases with intractable hiccup were treated with ingredient-altered Xuanfu Daizhe decoction combinedwith Sini powder. According to the standard that hiccup stops within 1-5 days, 21 cases were cured, 8 cases excellent effective, 5 caseseffective, 2 cases invalid and the total effective rate was 94.45%.
