中医补气活血法治疗冠心病对临床症状、心肌缺血的改善作用

Effect of TCM Qi blood circulation method on the clinical symptoms myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease

目的：分析与探讨中医补气活血法治疗冠心病对临床症状、心肌缺血的改善作用.方法：选取100名2013年5月～2014年5月在我院接受治疗冠心病患者,将其平均分为两组,即对照组与观察组,对观察组患者实施中医补气活血法治疗,对对照组患者实施西药治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行观察与对比.结果：观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为74.0%,且观察组患者心肌缺血症状均得到明显改善,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：研究表明,中医补气活血法对冠心病具有确切的临床治疗效果,值得临床应用与推广.

Objective： To analyze and investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine Invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulationtherapy in the treatment of myocardial ischemia. Methods： 100 cases with coronary heart disease from May, 2013 to May, 2014 year inour hospital were selected and divided into two groups, a control group and an observation group. Patients in the observation group weretreated with TCM therapy for invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation, while patients in the control group were treated with westernmedicine, the clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate in the observation group was94%, while that of the control group was 74%, and myocardial ischemia symptoms of patients in the observation group were significantlyimproved. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion： The study shows thatChinese medicine of Invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation method has definite effect on coronary heart disease in clinic, worthyof clinical application and promotion.
