祛疣方治疗多发性寻常疣40例疗效观察

Curative effect observation on treatment of 40 cases with multiple verruca vulgaris by Chinese prescription

目的:观察中药祛疣方外洗治疗多发性寻常疣疗效及安全性。方法:将80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,中药外洗浸泡;对照组40例,使用液氮冷冻治疗,治疗4周后,比较两组临床疗效及复发情况。结果:治疗组有效率为80%,对照组为50%;复发率治疗组为6.25%,对照组为40%,两组比较治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:祛疣方外洗冷冻治疗多发性寻常疣疗效好,复发率低,副作用小。

Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of external Chinese prescription on multiple verruca vulgaris. Methods： 80cases were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in the treatment group treated with external Chinese prescription, 40 cases in thecontrol group treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. After 4 weeks, the clinical effects and the re-occurrence of the two groups werecompared. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 80% while that of the control group was 50%. The re-occurrence rate ofthe treatment group was 6.25%, while that of the control group was 40%. Compared the two groups, the effect of the treatment group wasbetter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese prescription combined with cryotherapy has a good effect on multipleverruca vulgaris with low re-occurrence rate and less side effects.
