热毒宁联合中药外敷对疱疹性咽峡炎热程的影响

Effect of Reduning Combined with External Application of Chinese Medicine on Thermal Process of Herpetic Angina

目的:探讨热毒宁联合中药外敷对疱疹性咽峡炎热程的影响。方法:71例疱疹性咽峡炎随机分为观察组36例和对照组35例,两组均在常规对症支持治疗基础上,观察组予以热毒宁联合中药外敷,对照组予以利巴韦林治疗,观察2组的热退时间。结果:观察组疗效显著,热退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗期间均未出现相关不良反应。结论:热毒宁联合中药外敷可缩短疱疹性咽峡炎的热程。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Reduning combined with external application of Chinese medicine on thermalprocess of herpetic angina. Methods： 71 cases of herpetic angina were randomly divided into the observation group with 36 cases and thecontrol group with 35 cases. Based on conventional symptomatic and supportive treatment, patients in the observation group were givenReduning combined with external application of Chinese medicine while patients in the control group were treated with Leigh Bhave Lin,and thermal annealing time of the two groups were observed. Results： The effect in the observation group was remarkable, and thermalannealing time was shorter than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Related adverse reactionswere not found during the treatment in the two groups. Conclusion： Reduning combined with external application of Chinese medicine canshorten the thermal process of herpetic angina.
