复方龙血竭凝胶剂制备工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:优选复方龙血竭凝胶剂最佳制备工艺并进行初步质量考察。方法:采用单因素考察方法,以凝胶剂外观评价作为考察指标,筛选优化处方,制备复方龙血竭凝胶剂。采用离心试验、耐寒耐热试验及体外透皮吸收试验对复方龙血竭凝胶剂进行初步质量考察。结果:优化处方为:复方龙血竭组方药物:3%卡波姆:吐温-80:甘油:乙醇=0.3:20:0.2:2:1;按该处方制得的凝胶外观好,离心及耐寒耐热试验显示凝胶无分层现象及颜色变化,稳定性好;体外透皮吸收试验显示,龙血素A和龙血素B在3小时之内累积释药率达到99%。结论:该制备工艺操作简单,所得凝胶稳定性好,释放速率高。 Objective:To optimize the Preparation of Compound Resin of Dracaena Cochinchinensis Gel (CRDG). Methods: TheCRDG Preparation was determined by appearance evaluation as screening index with the single factor exploration and studied the initialquality of CRDG with centrifugal test, cold tolerance test, hot-resistant test, vitro skin penetration and absorption test. Results: Theoptimum formula of the preparation was drugs-3% Carbopol-Tween80-Glycerol-Ethanol (0.3:20:0.22:2:1). The results of centrifugal test,cold tolerance test and hot-resistant test demonstrated that the stability of CRDG was good. Loureirin A and Loureirin B cumulative releasepercentage was 99% in 3h. Conclusion: The optimized preparation of Compound Resin of Dracaena Cochinchinensis Gel are characterizedwith simplicity, stable quality, and good drug release rate.
