浅谈中医外治法治疗癌性疼痛

Discussion on the external treatment in TCM for cancer pain

疼痛是癌症患者最常见和最难忍受的症状之一,常比癌症引起的死亡更令人畏惧。中医学认为,癌痛主要是由于癌毒内蕴、阻滞气机、气滞血瘀、正气虚弱、经脉失养所致。主要病机为"不通则痛"和"不荣则痛"。中医外治法治疗癌痛具有一定的优势和特色,此法为体表直接给药,经皮肤或粘膜表面吸收后,药力直达病所,止痛迅速有效。文章叙述了临床较常见的治疗癌痛的中医外治法,并提出相关问题和展望。

Pain is the most common symptom of cancer and one of the most difficult symptoms to endure, it is more daunting thancancer death. In TCM, the pain is mainly due to the cancer of intrinsic, blockage, qi stagnation and blood stasis, weakness of vital qi,dystrophy of meridians. The main pathogenesis is blockage leading to pain and less nourishment leading to pain. External treatment inTCM on treating cancer pain has certain advantages and characteristics, the method for medicine to surface directly, absorbed by the skin ormucous membrane surface to make the patient＇s pain relieve quickly and efficiently. This article states that the external treatment ofTraditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） is one of the more common clinical treatment for cancer pain and also looks forward the relevantproblems and prospects.
