赶黄草抗酒精性脂肪肝研究

Experiment research about resistant effects of Penthorum chinese Pursh on alcoholic fatty liver

目的:研究赶黄草对酒精性脂肪肝的防治作用。方法:将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、硫普罗宁组(0.1g/kg)和赶黄草16.7g/kg,8.4g/kg,4.2g/kg组,除正常对照组外,各组每日灌胃乙醇两次并喂饲含1.5%硫酸亚铁的饲料。从造模第4周开始,给药组上午灌酒精,下午给药。9周后,取血测定谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),并将肝组织匀浆测定总胆固醇(TC)、TG、游离脂肪酸(NEAF)、丙二醛(MDA),将肝脏行病理组织学检查并进行脂肪变性评分。结果:模型组大鼠血清中AST,肝组织中TG、NEAF含量及肝组织脂肪变性评分明显升高,血清中HDL-C明显降低;与模型组相较,各给药组能明显降低AST及肝组织中TG、NEAF的含量及脂肪变性评分降低,但赶黄草16.7g/kg,8.4g/kg,4.2g/kg三者的药效作用强度未呈现出一定的剂量依赖关系。结论:赶黄草对脂肪肝有防治作用。

Objective： To study the therapeutic effects of Penthorum chinese Pursh extract on alcoholic fatty liver. Methods： The experimental rats were divided into 6 groups： the nomal control group,the model group,tiopronin group（ 0. 1g /kg）,Penthorum chinense Pursh 16. 7g /kg,8. 4g /kg,4. 2g /kg group. Except the nomal control group,other groups of alcoholic fatty liver were induced by alcoholic intragastrically two times every day for 3 weeks and fed fodder with 1. 5% FeSO4. Those groups which were given relevant medicine every afternoon since fourth week should induced by alcoholic intragastrically every morning. At the end of 9 weeks,alanine aminotransferase（ ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（ AST）,total bilirubin（ TBIL）,Cholesterol（ CHO）,triacylglycerol（ TG）,high density lipoprotein cholesterol（ HDL-C）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C） in blood were examined. Total choesterol（ TC）,TG,free fatty acid（ NEAF）,malondialdehyde（ MDA） in hepatic tissue were detected,and the hepatic tissue pathological changes were observed,steatosis grade was evaluated. Results： Compared with the nomal control group,model group,s content of AST in serum and TG,NEAF,steatosis score about hepatic tissue increased significantly,and HDL-C descended obviously. Every group can significantly decreased AST in serum and TG,NEAF in hepatic tissue. But Penthorum chinense Pursh16. 7g /kg,8. 4g /kg,4. 2g /kg didn,t show the relationship of dose-effect. Conclusion： Penthorum chinese Pursh extract can treat alcoholic fatty liver.
