109例中药制剂不良反应报告分析

Analysis of 109 cases of adverse reaction report of traditional Chinese medicine preparation

目的：本文探讨了中药制剂所致的药品不良反应（ADR）的一般规律与特点,以促进中药制剂在临床的安全合理应用。方法：对某院2012年1月~2013年12月上报109例中药制剂所致的ADR进行回顾性分析。结果：109例ADR涉及41个中药制剂品种。临床表现以皮肤及附件损害为主,其次是全身性损害、循环系统,大部分ADR对原患疾病无明显影响,预后较好。结论：中药制剂引发的不良反应不容忽视,应提高警惕。

Objective： This paper discusses the general rules and characteristics of ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicines,in order to promote the rational and safety traditional Chinese medicines therapy. Methods： 109 cases of ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicines were retrospectively analyzed in the hospital,reported from 2012 January to 2013 December. Results： 109 cases of ADR reports involving 41 Chinese medicine preparations. Clinical manifestations of the lesion is skin and its appendages,followed by systemic damage,circulation system,most of the ADR had no significant effect on the primary disease,the prognosis is good. Conclusion： the adverse reaction of traditional Chinese medicine preparation can not be ignored,should be vigilant.
