三仁汤配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡初期的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy of treating initial RAU with both San Ren Tang and nanosilver antibacterial hydrogel

目的:探讨三仁汤配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡初期的临床疗效。方法:将临床上符合复发性阿弗他溃疡初期的90例,随机分为3组:A组给予口服中药三仁汤加减方治疗;B组给予纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗;C组给予三仁汤配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗。结果:3组均有疗效,在减轻疼痛、缩短愈合时间和缩小溃疡直径方面,A、B组疗效接近;C组疗效都明显好于A组或B组。结论:用三仁汤配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡初期比二者单用效果好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of treating initial recurrent aphthous ulcer（ RAU） with San Ren Tang and nano-silver antibacterial hydrogel. Methods：There were 95 initial RAU patients evolved in this study and randomly allocated to 3 groups based on curative ways：group A with San Ren Tang;group B with nano-silver antibacterial hydrogel;group C with San Ren Tang and nano-silver antibacterial hydrogel. Results：It showed that every group had obtained certain effectiveness,in the matter of alleviating pain and shortening the healing time. Group A and group B had equivalent efficacy,while group C was proved to be more effective. Ac-cording to reducing the diameter of the ulcer,no significant difference was found among three of them. Conclusion：These results suggest that treatment with both San Ren Tang and nano-silver antibacterial hydrogel provides much more benefits for initial RAU patients.
