摘要
目的探讨霍奇金淋巴瘤(Hodgkin’s lymphoma,HL)中Pokemon、p53蛋白的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法采用免疫组化MaxVision法检测60例HL和20例淋巴结反应性增生(benign lymph nodes hyperplasia,BLH)组织中Pokemon、p53蛋白的表达,并用TUNEL法检测瘤细胞凋亡。结果 60例HL中Pokemon阳性率为68.33%,明显高于BLH组(30.00%)(P<0.05);p53在60例HL中的阳性率为61.67%,明显高于BLH组(20.00%)。HL和BLH组的凋亡指数(apoptosis index,AI)值分别为3.55±0.10、4.55±0.12,组间比较差异有显著性(t=4.052,P<0.05)。HL中Pokemon阳性表达组的AI值(3.53±0.10)显著低于Pokemon阴性表达组(4.16±0.68),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Pokemon高表达与HL的发病机制有关,Pokemon可能通过调节p53细胞凋亡通路,参与HL的发生、发展。
Purpose To study the expression of Pokemon and p53 protein in Hodgkin' s lymphoma (HL) as well as their relationship with apoptosis. Methods The expression of Pokemon and p53 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 60 cases of HL tissue and 20 cases of benign lymph nodes hyperplasia (BLH). Cell apoptosis was examined by TUNEL method. Results The positive rate of Pokemon protein expression was (68. 33% ) in HL, which was significantly higher than that of BLH (30%) (P 〈0. 05). The positive rate of p53 protein expression was (61.67%) in HL, which was significantly higher than that in cases in BLH (20. 00% ) (P 〈 0. 05). The apoptotic index (AI) was (3. 55 ±0. 10) in HL tissues and (4. 55 ±0. 12) in BLH tissues (t =4. 052,P 〈0. 05). In HL group, AI (3.53 ±0. 10) in Pokemon-eases was significantly lower than that of Pokemoncases (4. 16 ±0.68 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The high expression of Pokemon is correlated with the pathogenesis of HL, and Pokemon and p53 may contribute to the occurrence of HL through apoptosis inhibition.
