摘要
收集行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)矫治近视的患者60例(120眼),分为屈光参差组与非屈光参差组,各30例(60眼),于术前,术后10 d,1、3、6个月检查视力、融合范围、远近立体视。经LASIK术患者屈光参差得以消除,立体视觉较术前明显改善,尤其是屈光参差组;融合范围也有显著改善,但两组间差异无统计学意义。LASIK术对屈光参差患者的视觉功能有良好改善。
Abstract A total of 60 myopia patients ( 120 eyes) who were going to undergo myopia LASIK were selected in thisstudy. The patients were divided into two groups of anisometropia and non-anisometropia, each group had 30 patients (60 eyes). Checked vision, fusion range, near and distant stereoscopic at 10 day pre-operation and at 1,3 and 6 month in post operation. After the LASIK, all of 60 patients' anisometropia were significantly reduced, binocular stereopsis were obviously improved than pre-operation, especially the anisometropia group; the binocular fusion range also got better ,but there was no significant difference between the two groups. This study clarified that the visual function of anisometropia could be improved after LASIK.
