摘要
目的探讨肝脏病变检查者应用自适应迭代重建算法(ASiR)在CT低剂量方面的应用价值。方法选取90例腹部CT检查者并按就诊顺序分成A、B、C 3组,每组30例。采用自动毫安扫描技术行腹部CT检查,3组预设噪声指数分别为8、10、11,3组的ASiR值均设为30%,记录3组患者剂量长度乘积并估算有效剂量。测量图像噪声,由两位医师对图像质量进行5分制评估。结果 3组图像质量均满足临床诊断要求,A组有效剂量为(5.76±1.80)mSv,B组为(3.19±1.06)mSv,C组为(2.57±0.67)mSv。结论 ASiR结合自动管电流调制技术,可以大幅度降低肝脏CT检查者的受辐射量。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction (ASiR) algorithm in low close CT scanning for patients with hepatic disease. Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent abdomen CT scanning were enrolled in this study. The patients were equally divided into three groups with 30 cases in each group. Automatic tube current modulation scanning technique was used, and the preset noise index (NI) for group A, B and C was 8, 10 and 11 respectively. ASiR rate was set at 30% for all three groups. Dose length product (DLP) was recorded and effective dosage (ED) was estimated. Image noise was measured and image quality was assessed by two radiologists with a 5 point scale. Results The image quality of all three groups met the diagnostic requirements. The effective dosage of group A, B and C was (5.76±1.80) mSv, (3.35± 1.35 ) mSv and (2.57 ±0.67) mSv respectively. Conclusion ASiR combined with automatic tube current modulation can significantly reduce CT scanning radiation dosage for patients with hepatic disease.
