HBV感染者HBVM与HBV DNA定量的关系

Relationship between pattern of serum HBV markers and HBV DNA quantity in patients with HBV infection

目的探讨HBV感染者HBVM与HBV DNA定量表达的关系。方法采用ELISA和荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术分别对1960例HBV感染者、83例疑似感染者和8122例无偿献血者血清进行HBV M和HBV DNA定量检测。结果 HBsAg、HBeAg和HBcAb均为阳性模式的HBV DNA检出率高,且多数病毒载量大(P<0.01);HBsAg、HBeAb和HBcAb均阳性及其他模式的HBV DNA检出率低,且多数病毒载量小(P<0.05)。结论 HBV M与HBV DNA定量密切相关,各有其临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the pattern of serum HBV markers（HBV M）and HBV DNA quantity in the patients with HBV infection.Methods Detections of HBV M and HBV DNA quantity were performed by ELISA and FQ-PCR in 1960 patients with HBV infection,83 patients with suspected HBV infection,and 8122 blood donors.Results A higher detection rate of HBV DNA with higher virus load occurred in the patients with HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAb positives（P〈0.01）.A lower detection rate of HBV DNA with lower virus load was seen in the patients with HBsAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positives and other patterns（P〈0.05）.Conclusion HBV M is closely associated to HBV DNA quantity.Each of HBV M and HBV DNA quantity has its own significance and clinical application value.
