肋骨非骨化性纤维瘤误诊1例

摘要患者男，43岁。2年前行X线胸片检查发现右侧第4肋骨肿大。无外伤史，平时无不适。胸部查体无阳性体征。X线胸片示右侧第4肋骨可见梭形骨质减低影，密度不均，内见丝瓜瓤样改变，误诊为肋骨纤维异常增殖症（图1）。
