摘要
目前国内对螺纹钢应用控制冷却技术仍处于研究探索之中,所以有必要对螺纹钢控制冷却技术进行研究,尤其是对穿水冷却装置的流动模型进行研究,从而研制实用的控制冷却装置,制定合理的控制冷却工艺过程。利用CAD软件Pro/E建立螺纹钢控制冷却用旋流管冷却装置流道的三维有限元模型,然后导入FLUENT对其进行三维流场、压力场分析,得到可视化分析结果,确定合理的冷却参数,并为冷却器的结构优化提供参考依据。
The application of controlled cooling in reinforced bar is currently in research and exploration. Therefore, it is necessary to study controlled cooling technology in reinforced bar, to develop a practical controlled cooling device and reasonable controlled cooling process. The CAD sofiware-Pro/E is used to develop 3D FEM model of swirl-tube controlled cooling device, then the model is led-into FLUENT software to analyze the 3D fluid field and pressure field. Finally, some advice on improvement and optimization of structure for cooling unit are presented.
