摘要
主要介绍应用偶氮胂三对Ni基高温合金中锆含量直接测定方法的研究.试样经混合酸溶解,硫酸冒烟处理后完全溶解锆,用柠檬酸三铵络合铌、钨等干扰离子,在5~8N强酸度下与偶氮胂三生成稳定的有色络合物,在660 nm波长条件下进行比色.试验结果表明,采用该方法测定的标准物质的数据与标准数据非常吻合,该方法具有简便、快速,测定数据准确性和精密度高的特点,测定范围可达到0 ~0.2%.
The determination of zirconium content in nickel base superalloy has been studied with the photometric method. Put the specimen in a mixed acid to solve it and heated the acid, with sulfuric acid evaporated in the form of smoke, the zirconium was completely ionized, after the eomplexation of interference ions of niobium and tungsten with ammonium citrate, a stable colored complex was formed with the ionized zirconium and arsenazo III in the strong acid ranging from five to eight equivalent. Direct photometric analysis was done at the wavelength of 660nm. The experiment results showed that the measurement of reference material was identical with the date of reference material. This method is simple and rapid with high accuracy and precision within the measurement range of 0-0.2%.
