摘要
介绍了宝钢罗泾制氧2号空分分子筛吸附器穿透故障经过,详细分析了故障发生的原因,阐述了其处理过程及措施。造成2号空分分子筛吸附器发生穿透的原因是由于在装填氧化铝和分子筛时,有超过1 m3的氧化铝被错误地填入了分子筛一侧,从而导致分子筛吸附层变薄,吸附能力下降,在分子筛吸附器工作的末期发生二氧化碳穿透现象。最后,经过重新装填部分氧化铝及分子筛,并对2号空分分子筛吸附器进行特殊再生处理,空分分子筛性能及空分产量达标。
The penetration fault process and its characteristics of Molecular Sieve Adsorber of air separation unit 2 (ASU) of Baosteel Luojing oxygen making workshop are briefly introduced. Its causes and treatment measures are analyzed in detail. The reason of Molecular Sieve Adsorber penetration is more than 1 m3 aluminas were wrdng to fill in the molecular sieve side, resulting in thinning of Molecular Sieve Adsorption layer, adsorption ability to drop, working in a molecular sieve adsorber of CO2 penetration occur late. Finally, the performance of Molecular Sieve and the yield of air separation unit reach the standard by refilling alumina and molecular.
