经外环口下精索静脉曲张结扎术疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect on MSIV

目的探讨经外环口下显微镜下精索静脉结扎术的临床疗效。方法 119例精索静脉曲张患者进行显微镜下外环口下精索静脉曲张结扎术,通过术后住院天数、精液质量恢复情况、术后并发症发生率,评价该术式的临床疗效。结果 119例手术均获成功,术后住院天数平均(1.56±0.55)d。所有患者3个月复查时,仅有2例患者出现术后疼痛和阴囊水肿。术后患者精子密度提高了(22.58±13.79)×106/mL,和术前相比有统计学差异。结论经外环口下显微镜下精索静脉曲张结扎术创伤小、恢复快、复发率低,是治疗精索静脉曲张有效方法。

Objective Analyze the curative effect of MSIV. Methods 119 patients were accepted microsurgical subinguinal varicocelectomy（MSIV）. The operation was been evaluated the clinical effects through the postoperative hospital stay, sperm quality recovery time and the rate of postoperative complications. Results 119 operations were all made good. The mean postoperative hospital days was （1.56 ± 0.55） days. Two patients had groin area pain and scrotum edema 3 months after operation. The sperm concentration in the patients was improved （22.58 ±13.79） × 10^6/mL, there was statistically significant difference between before operation. Conclusion MSIV techniques are effective methods in the treatment of varicocele because it has small trauma, recovery fast low recurrence rate.
