摘要 溢洪道交通桥全长21 m,净高8.815 m,宽度6.5 m,净跨度20 m;由桥面板、四根主梁与八根次梁相结合为整体现浇钢筋混凝土梁板结构,混凝土总方量76 m3。为满足下部交通条件,加快施工进度,充分利用现有材料,采用钢桁架和满堂红扣件式钢管脚手架联合支撑结构。文中介绍支承方案选择,支撑结构的布置,荷载分析及应用。 The total length of an access bridge in a certain reservoir's spillway is 21 m. The bridge's net height is 8.815 m. Its width is 6.5 m. Its net span is 20 m. It is a reinforced concrete slab-beam structure casted in place, and is composed by bridge surface slab, four primary beams and eight secondary beams. Its total quantity of concrete is 76 m3. In order to ensure the traffic demand under the bridge, for quickening construction schedule and to sufficiently use present existing material, a formworks-supporting structure is adopted which is composed by a steel truss support structure and a fastener steel pipe scaffold on full place. In the paper, the selection of the support scheme, the layout of support structure, the analysis of loads and its application are introduced.
