山西省守口堡水库胶凝砂砾石坝科研生产性试验方案设计

Design of Scientific Research and Productive Experiment Scheme for the Cemented Sand-Gravel and Rock Dam of the Shanxi Shoukoubao Reservoir

山西省守口堡水库大坝为胶凝砂砾石坝,是我国首次将该坝型应用在永久工程中,被水利部确定为科研试验坝进行研究。为了保证大坝施工质量,并完成科研试验工作,为施工规范的编制提供参考资料,大坝施工前必须进行科研生产性试验。文中按照工程设计和招标文件的技术要求,紧密结合工程所处的地域环境、气候条件、施工条件和原材料特性,科学合理地设计了胶凝砂砾石坝科研生产性试验方案,包括试验内容、试验规划、组织机构、资源配置、试验报告提交内容等,为山西省守口堡水库胶凝砂砾石坝科研生产性试验提供了指导性文件,可供类似坝型的模拟生产性试验借鉴。

The Shanxi Shoukoubao Reservoir＇s dam is a cemented sand-graves and rock dam. It is the first time to use this kind of dam type in permanent engineering in our country. This dam is determined as an experiment dam by the Ministy of Water Resources for research. In order to ensure construction quality of the darn and complete the scientific research experiment work, and for the sake of providing reference materials to draw up the construction code, the scientific research and productive experiment must be conducted before constructing this dam. According to the technical requirement of engineering design and bid documents, and in tight combination with the region environment, the climate, the construction condition and the properties of raw materials, a scientific research and productive experiment scheme for the cemented sand-gravel and rock dam is scientifically rationally designed in this paper. The scheme＇s contents include experiment contents, experiment planning, organization agency, resource allocation, and the contents of experiment report. The paper is a guidance document for research and experiment of the Shoukoubao Reservoir＇s cemented sandgravel and rock dam, and also provides a reference for similar dam to conduct productive simulation experiment.
