摘要
介绍了零库存管理的概念及内涵,分析了当前图书行业零库存管理的现状,并提出了图书行业零库存管理的相关策略,以促进图书行业库存管理的发展。
In this paper, we introduced the concept and connotation of zero inventory management, analyzed the current status of the zero inventory practice of the Chinese book industry at the moment and at the end proposed the corresponding strategies for its improvement.
