摘要
针对快递企业的发展现状,从综合运载能力、资源利用率、人员因素以及不可抗力四个方面,归纳了快递企业爆仓的原因。基于爆仓背景构建快递企业战略合作方案,为我国快递企业从单一经营模式到合作经营模式的转变提供了理论基础,丰富了爆仓背景下快递企业战略合作模式的理论研究成果。
In this paper, in view of the current status of the express delivery enterprises, we summarized the causes for the overwhelmed warehousing capacities of the express delivery enterprises into four aspects which were comprehensive transportation and carrying capacity, resource utility rate, personnel and force majeure. At the end, in view of the practical situation of the industry, we proposed the solutions to deal with the overwhelmed warehouse problem through strategic cooperation between the express delivery enterprises.
