摘要
对我国逆向物流立法的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了制定明确的逆向物流立法原则、增强逆向物流立法的系统性、完善逆向物流的考核机制、明确逆向物流的主体责任等提高我国逆向物流立法的有效措施。
In this paper, we analyzed the current status and existing problems in the legislation concerning the reverse logistics industry in China and then proposed some effective measures to improve the legislative efficiency for the Chinese reverse logistics industry.
