摘要
针对当前河西走廊旅游物流效率低下、服务意识不强等问题,提出了改进河西走廊旅游物流服务质量的策略,即转变观念、强化旅游物流服务观念,整合供应链、建立旅游物流服务质量管理体系,重视标准化、全面提升旅游服务质量。
In this paper, in view of the unsatisfactory situation of the tourism logistics industry of the Hexi Corridor, we proposed the measures to comprehensively improve the tourism logistics service quality of the region.
