电子商务企业物流能力的构成要素与物流模式选择

Study on Logistics Capabilities Composition and Logistics Mode Selection of E-commerce Logistics Enterprises

通过对电子商务企业物流能力要素的分析,提出电子商务企业要注意能力要素的集成,形成合力后总能力会高于单项能力的加成。并将各能力要素集合为五个维度的能力集成束,将其与企业物流资源优势相对应,最后通过优势比较出具有不同能力优势的企业应该选择的适合自身发展的物流形式。

In this paper, through analyzing the elements of the logistics capabilities of the e-commerce enterprises, we pointed out that such enterprises should concentrate on the integration of the capability elements which could create a joint force greater than the sum of the individual capabilities. Next, through a comparison, we studied the suitable logistics form for enterprises with different capability advantages.
