摘要
我国在第三方物流合同方面的相关法律规范并不完善,在物流实践中也存在一些问题,在此基础上对第三方物流合同进行全面分析,针对第三方物流合同在实践中面临的法律风险与不足,提出有效回避风险的对策建议。
In this paper, on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the third party logistics contracts, we proposed some effective suggestions and countermeasures to avoid the legal risks and shortcoming of the third party logistics contracts in practice.
