Issues in Reverse Logistics Process of Book Publishing Industry Based on Green Supply Chain

基于绿色供应链理念研究和探讨了图书出版业逆向物流管理问题,在解析了图书出版业逆向物流流程和特点的基础上,对影响图书出版业逆向物流绿色化发展的各种因素进行了分析,重点从图书供应链自身因素分析了逆向物流产生的原因,提出了以绿色供应链为导向构建协作机制实现图书出版业逆向物流向绿色供应链方向发展,论证了协作机制可以提高图书出版业供应链的稳定性和竞争力,并给出了协作机制下图书出版业供应链中经销商的经营决策。

In this paper, on the basis of an analysis of the process and characteristics of the reverse logistics operation of the book publishing industry, we studied the various factors influencing its green development, analyzed the causes of the demand for reverse logistics in the industry, and at the end, proposed a collaborative mechanism to realize the green development of the reverse logistics process of the industry.
