摘要
针对海运物流融资现状以及提货单抵押业务的发展状况,确定提货单抵押业务下海运物流融资平台风险评估参数,构建提货单抵押下海运物流融资平台风险评估模型,并对广州禹航海运物流公司进行实证分析,结果证实了构建的风险评估模型可以有效确定风险发生的环节,为海运物流企业在提货单抵押的前提下有效规避融资风险提供了依据,并完善了海运物流融资平台风险分析相关理论。
In this paper, in light of the current status of the maritime logistics financing sector as well as situation of the B/L pledge business, we built the risk evaluation model of the maritime logistics financing platform that operated B/L pledge, and then had an empirical analysis of the Guangzhou Yuhang Maritime Logistics Company, proving that the model established could effectively identify the links where risks generated and provide reference for the avoidance of the risks.
