基于模糊综合评价及AHP法的港口物流危险货物预警方法

Study on Harbor Logistics Hazardous Cargo Prewarning System Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and AHP

为了实现对港口物流危险货物危险源的预警,采用模糊综合评价及AHP法相结合的方法对物流危险源的安全状态进行了评价,建立了相应的预警模型,先通过AHP法确定各指标的权重,再采用模糊综合评价法分析数据,最终得到评价结果。以连云港液化石油气管道安全系统为实例,搜集相关数据,对其安全状态进行了评价。结果表明提出的方法是可行有效的,对实际问题有一定参考价值。

In this paper, in order to realize the prewarning of the danger sources in harbor logistics, we combined the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP to evaluate the safety status of the logistics danger sources by building the corresponding prewarning model and at the end, in connection with the Lianyungang LNG pipeline security system, demonstrated the feasibility and validity of the method proposed in this paper.
