风险环境中基于Supply-Hub的建筑工程供应链协同模型优化

摘要 考虑由多个建筑材料供应商、单个总承包商和业主所组成的建筑工程供应链。在供应商的材料供应和业主的需求都存在不确定性的环境中,总承包商采取了三种不同的应对风险的态度偏好:风险中性、延误规避和浪费规避。提出了基于Supply-Hub的建筑工程供应链协同模型,并采用Monte Carlo仿真模拟供应链的运作全过程。数据结果显示:采用了Supply-Hub的协同模型相比于传统的非协同模型,有效地减低了供应链的成本、提高了供应链的总利润和绩效、整个建筑工程供应链达到了帕累托改善。 In this paper, we proposed the collaboration model of a construction project supply chain based on supply-hub, then adopted the Monte Carlo simulation process to simulate the whole process of the supply chain, and found that, as compared to the traditional non-collaborative models, the supply-hub based collaborative model could remarkably reduce the supply chain cost and improve the total profit and performance of the supply chain.
