Study on Quality and Safety Supervision of Green Food Supply Chains:In the Case of Sichuan

以四川省为例,从绿色食品供应链质量安全监控角度出发,在对绿色食品相关理论进行梳理的基础上,对四川省绿色食品供应链质量安全监控现状及面临的困境展开探讨,并从绿色食品供应链的生产种植、加工、物流、营销等环节提出了相应的建议,为完善四川省绿色食品供应链质量安全监控提供了一定借鉴。

In this paper, in the case of Sichuan and from the perspective of the quality and safety supervision of the green food supply chain, we discussed the current status of the province in this respect and the dilemma it was in and then proposed the corresponding suggestions for the different links in the supply chain.
