大连大学物流人才培养现状及对策研究

Study on Current Status and Countermeasures of Logistics Talent Cultivation of Dalian University

结合我国物流业发展现状及人才需求发展趋势,以大连大学为载体展开研究,对大连大学物流人才培养现状进行了探讨,研究认为大连大学物流人才培养体系不断完善,但是依然存在物流专业设置单一、培养体系不健全等问题,因此结合大连大学实际情况提出了相应的对策建议。

In this paper, in connection with the current status of the logistics industry in China and the future demand for the logistics talents, with Dalian University as the subject, we studied the current status of the logistics talent cultivation of the university, reached some conclusions and on such basis, proposed the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
