基于结构方程的物流管理专业教学质量提升

Study on Improving Teaching Quality of Logistics Management Specialty Based on Structural Equation

以中国民航大学物流管理专业(航空特色)教学质量为研究对象,通过航空物流价值链分析、行为访谈、理论分析,构建了物流管理专业教学质量影响因素的概念模型。采用结构方程方法,通过问卷调查,构建了对于其他专业有高度借鉴价值的物流管理专业教学质量的影响因素的结构方程模型,并采用LISREL8.70软件进行拟合,明确影响现阶段教学质量的关键因素,并针对关键因素为教学质量的提升提出建议,最终提出"对接航空物流产业链的ABC"创新型物流管理人才培养模式,也为相关专业的教育质量的提升提供借鉴。

In this paper, with the teaching quality of the （aviation-characterized） logistics management specialty of China Civil Aviation University as the subject, we built the conceptual model of the influence factors of the teaching quality of the specialty, then using the structural equation method, determined the corresponding model of the influence factors, in light of which, we gave suggestions for the improvement of the teaching quality of the specialty, and at the end, proposed an innovative logistics management talent cultivation mode.
