摘要
采用木聚糖酶处理化学浆废水生化污泥,讨论了其影响因素。通过单因素实验和正交实验得到最佳工艺条件:酶用量为3.2U/g,温度为50℃,反应时间为60min,再加入4mg/L CPAM后,污泥沉降体积下降50%,污泥的沉降性能得到很大程度的提高。最后应用红外光谱分析了污泥化学成分的变化,进一步验证了木聚糖酶的处理效果。
The xylanase is applied in the treatment of biochemical sludge of chemical pulp wastewater and the influ- encing factors are discussed in this paper. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to deter- mine the optimal reaction conditions, the results show that : when dosage of enzyme is 3.2U/g, the temperature is 50℃ , the reaction time is 60min, and the addition of CPAM is 4mg/L, the sludge sedimentation volume decreased by 50%, and the sludge settling properties has a large degree of improvement. Finally, application of the infrared spectrum analysis of the change of chemical composition of the sludge further explains the treatment effect of xyla- nase.
