摘要
国有企业如何在现行的经济体制改革中抢占人才先机、市场先机,将挑战转为企业变革机遇,化困难为企业发展动力,企业人力资源管理者的角色转型是亟须解决的问题。文章立足于当前中国国有企业人力资源管理者的现状,分析研究国有企业人力资源管理者角色转型的迫切性,进而提出其角色转型的几点思考。
How the state-owned enterprises could catch the opportunities of holding talents and occupying markets in the reform of eco-nomic system, and how the state-owned enterprises could turn challenges into opportunities, difficulty into development forces, the role transformation of HR managers of the enterprises is the key point to stress.In this paper, the urgency of the role transformation of HR managers of the state-owned enterprises is analyzed based on the current status of the HR managers of the state-owned enterprises.Fur-thermore, tips on the role transformation are raised.
