摘要
从以就业为导向的"三对接"职业化人才培养模式的内涵界定入手,明确以就业为导向的"三对接"职业化人才培养模式的基本理念和主要模式,阐明以就业为导向的"三对接"职业化人才培养模式的特点,最终以高职院校教育教学改革的具体实践为落脚点,提出建立专业动态调整机制,实施项目导向、任务驱动课程改革,推进教学模式和方法改革等促进高职教育教学改革实践的具体措施。
From the connotation definition of three docking professional talents training mode with employment as the guidance, this paper clarifies the basic concept and main mode, illustrates the features of the mode, finally with the concrete practice of the teaching reform in higher vocational college education as the foothold, it puts forward the concrete measures to establish professional dynamic adjustment mechanism, implement the project orientation, task driven curriculum reform, and promote the reform of teaching mode and method in order to promote higher vocational education and teaching practice reform.
