医疗保险实务专业基于岗位群的课程体系构建

近年来,高职教育迅速发展,作为医学高职院校开办医疗保险实务专业有其先天优势,但人才培养实践过程却困难重重。为促进专业发展和医疗保险实务专业人才培养,需对医疗保险职业教育现状及专业发展困境等因素进行分析,并对医学高职医疗保险实务专业的就业岗位群进行了调研分析,在此基础上提出基于岗位群的课程体系设置思路,为高职院校该专业的建设和发展提供参考。

Higher vocational education develops rapidly in recent years, as a medical higher vocational college, it has its inherent advantages to set up medical insurance specialty, but the talent training practice process is difficult. To promote the development of the specialty and professional talents cultivation of medical insurance specialty, in this paper, the present situation of medical insurance vocational education and professional development dilemma are analyzed, and the employment post of the specialty is researched and analyzed, then ideas on the curriculum system setting based on the post group are proposed to provide the reference for the construction and development of the specialty in higher vocational colleges.
