摘要
幸福,是人类最美好的情感体验和生命价值的终极追求,当人类个体的需要得到满足,或者理想得到实现,就会产生幸福感。左右幸福感的因素很多,有人格、心态、教育、文化、认知等主观因素以及社会支持和压力、校园环境和文明、社会和人文环境、社会和家庭经济状况等客观因素。要提升高职师生幸福感,需从多方面入手。
Happiness is the most beautiful human emotional experience and the ultimate pursuit of life value, and when individual human needs are met, or the ideal is realized, one can produce happiness. Many factors influence happiness, the subjective factors include personality, attitude, education, culture, cognition, and the objective factors are social support and stress, the campus environment and civilization, social and cultural environment, and social and family economic conditions. It needs to start from many aspects to improve happiness of higher vocational teachers and students.
