基于高职学生职业素质培养的思政教育实效性探究

The Study of Ideological and Political Education Effectiveness Based on Vocational Quality Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students

职业素质和思想政治素质的协调发展是高职学生成功就业的重要因素。在此,首先提出了职业素质和思想政治教育实效性的内涵,并从二者的协调共进、加强社会实践、强化队伍建设、构建系统考核体系等方面做了论述。

The coordinated development of professional quality and the ideological and political quality is an important factor for higher vocational students＇ successful employment. Here, it first proposes the connotation of vocational quality and effectiveness of ideological and political education, and then the aspects of coordinated development, strengthening social practice, enhancing team building, and constructing evaluation system are discussed.
