Practical Training for Higher Vocational College Students: Model and DeModel

关于高职实训教学模式的研究很多,对实训模式也存在着认知分歧与误解。文章阐述了高职集体实训的特殊性,指出高职实训需要模式,但是拒绝模式化。并提出高职实训拒绝模式化应遵循实效性、适用性、可行性、操作性、臻善性原则。

Many researches have been done on the practical training of higher vocational college students, but researchers either misunderstand or have different views on the training models. This paper discusses the collectivistic characteristics of practical training for higher vocational college students, and then points out that training models are needed but at the same time refused. To refuse training models, the principle should be followed： the practical training should be effective, adaptable, feasible, operative and comprehensively perfect.
