摘要
运用ANSYS Workbench 12.0对斗笠式刀库关键性零件夹刀爪进行了静力结构分析和无预应力的模态分析,得出了夹刀爪的应力值、应变值、振型和固有频率等仿真参数。从应力云图中可得出夹刀爪工作时强度的薄弱部位,对薄弱部位采取相应的措施可提高夹刀爪以及整个刀库的强度,减小夹刀爪变形,避免断裂、掉刀等严重问题的发生。对振型和固有频率的分析可以对斗笠式刀库的换刀频率提供参考,可以预先避免可能引起的共振,而且为系统更好的动力学设计提供理论参考。
Linear static analysis and non-prestress modal analysis were done for clamp knife claw of tool magazine based on ANSYS Workbench 12.0.The Clamp knife claw's simulation parameters of equivalent stress, equivalent strain and natural frequency were solved. According to the results of static analysis, the dangerous position of clamp knife claw was got, and taking measures to the claw would improve the strength of the clamp knife claw and tool magazine, decrease deformation, avoid the phenomenon of abruption and droping knife. And the natural frequency and modal provided theory reference for kinetics design of system better, avoiding resonance.
