螺栓材料对换能器振动特性影响的研究 被引量:3

摘要 换能器的设计中常常忽略螺栓材料的影响,因此设计出来的换能器振动特性会发生变化。根据理论设计的夹心式压电换能器,利用有限元软件对未加螺栓的换能器和加两种不同材料螺栓的换能器进行模态仿真,并使用阻抗测试仪对换能器相关振动特性进行测试和分析。结果表明:测试结果与仿真数据相符,其中不锈钢螺栓换能器前后振速比大,频率接近理论值,使用不锈钢螺栓预紧换能器效果更佳。最后分析了螺栓材料对换能器振动特性的影响,提出减少螺栓材料对换能器影响的解决办法。 The impact of the bolt material is often ignored in the design of the transducer, and the vibration characteristics of designed transducer will change. According to the theory of design of sandwich transducer, the modal simulation of transducer without bolt and with two kinds of different materials of bolt are done by the finite element software, using impedance tester to test end analysis related vibration characteristics of transducer. Theoretical results are verified by experiments. The vibration ratio before and after transducer with stainless steel bolts is the biggest, and frequency closes to the theoretical value. The transducer pre-tightened with stainless steel is better. The influence of bolt materials on the vibration characteristics of the transducer is analyzed and the solutions to reduce the effects of bolt material of transducer are proposed.
